Accounting Marketing is most effective when it’s executed from a well-orchestrated plan. We will consider your goals, budget and existing resources and then tailor a customized marketing mix to generate maximum results within those parameters. The strategic plan may combine firm-wide and practice-specific initiatives, as well as both direct and indirect channels.

Our implementation process contains two primary components. First, every client CPA firm that does not have an in-house marketing director will get one. This Catalyst-employed marketing director will work closely with the CPA firm’s management and staff to ensure that the marketing strategy is executed according to plan and that those results are efficiently integrated into the firm’s operations.
Next, we put our team of CPA marketing professionals to work for and with your team. With the marketing director as the point of contact — either your existing marketing director or one from Catalyst — each partner firm will have access to our marketing strategists, implementation experts, copywriters, designers, web developers and others who can work side by side with your internal team.

Measurability is the key ingredient to every Catalyst relationship. In cooperation with our partner firms, we establish a methodology for gauging the effectiveness of our efforts throughout the process and again at the end of each marketing period. Knowing what worked and why is the key to long-term marketing success.
